The Polycom CX5500 Unified Conference Station is a meeting room solution that fully engages all participants by providing a 360-degree panoramic view of the conference room and offers a resolution of 1080 pixels. The Polycom CX5500 makes video meetings in conference rooms more effective with the ability to deliver rich communications by automatically focusing on the active speaker in true HD while tracking the conversation flow. The Polycom Cx5500 allows you to make audio calls when registered as a SIP phone to either a Lync server or to your existing IP PBX.
With a frequency range of 160Hz to 22,000Hz, Polycom® HD VoiceTM and a microphone range of 20 feet (6 m) ensure that everyone in the room, even at the far end of the table, can be clearly heard. Optional microphones can be used to extend the range even further if necessary.
The Polycom CX5500 Unified Conference Station takes collaboration to the next level. It offers a powerful voice, video, and content together through a unique 360-degree panoramic view of the entire room. Advanced technology automatically focuses on the current speaker and tracks the flow of conversation to enable richer, more interactive communication. A second 1080p HD video view of the active speaker is also sent. There's no need to look for a video control device anymore. It's a "hands-free" experience that allows you to focus on your meeting rather than the technology. |
